The Samsung SMT i5243 IP Phone is a fully featured executive handset that would be ideal for users who handle a large volume of calls, it is well suited for executives, management, admin staff and contact centre supervisors. The Samsung SMT i5243 IP Phone has a vibrant graphical colour TFT LCD display. The Samsung SMT i5243 IP Phone has a UC dial in the phone that allows the user to easily change their status to one of three modes; in office, out of office or uc mode. This feature automatically indicates the presence or availability to other users, pre-set call routing options can be set up to forward calls to voicemail or a mobile phone.

The Samsung SMT i5243 IP Phone has 100 programmable soft keys that can be programmed to perform certain tasks to make the use of the IP Phone easier, each soft key is electronically labelled through the LCD screen. 14 programmable fixed keys are at the finger tips of the user and can be used to access features of functions more commonly used by the individual rather than a group of users. Each fixed key has a associated coloured LED to show the status of the key. The Samsung SMT i5243 IP Phone has bluetooth wireless connectivity for a range of wireless bluetooth headsets. The Samsung SMT-i5264 64 button key module giving the user one touch access to most of the phones features, faster speed dialling without scrolling through the soft keys or to see the status of external lines.
